About OutQuorum

OutQuorum is Out Leadership's global initiative to advance LGBTQ+ representation on corporate boards. Launched in 2015, it works from a simple premise: what gets measured gets managed. Boards disclose what investors ask about — and until recently, almost no company told its shareholders whether any director was LGBTQ+.

Our first full study, "Visibility Counts" (2021/22), put numbers on the visibility gap. The OutQUORUM 2026 report cycle dataset behind this site — reading 2025–26 filings — is our most comprehensive yet: 10 stock indices across the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, Japan, and Hong Kong, tracked across 7 diversity dimensions, with a hand-verified 2024 baseline and audited 2025–26 detection.
